CLUBHOUSE RESERATION INFORMATION

The Clubhouse is now available to rent for your private functions. Rentals are limited exclusively to the Clubhouse, and party attendees may not access or use any other areas of the facility, including the outdoor areas or pool.

Tenants wishing to reserve the Clubhouse must make arrangements through the property owner or their authorized property manager.

Fees: $200 reservation fee (5-hour use) + $300 refundable security deposit — two separate checks (personal, business, or cashier's; no money orders), payable to Villemont Owner's Association.

​

Insurance: One-day special event policy with $1M general liability, naming Villemont Owner's Association and Landmark Limited Group of Companies, Inc. as additional insureds (primary and non-contributory). Facility address: 250 Talmont Circle, Roseville, CA 95678.

To Reserve: Submit the reservation agreement, both checks, and certificate of insurance together. Reservations require 14+ days' notice — confirm availability with management before submitting by sending an email to corporate@landmarklimited.net.
